The Meaning Of Physical Fitness For Executives As Depicted In Donald Trump's Apprentice

As you watched Donald Trump's Apprentice did you notice the number of exercises scripted into the first three seasons? Kwame and Troy were prominently short regularly keeping fit with exercises. This was deliberately written to show us all that physical fitness and mental alertness are necessary for a successful executive delivery.

The impression is that Donald Trump believes that it is inconceivable that you would be good enough for him as an Apprentice if you are not both physically and mentally fit. Therefore Apprentice candidates were expected to be physically fit, which was why they were shot in the first three seasons as people who are aware of the need for regular physical exercises.

Several of the Apprentice candidates were shown regularly engaging in different types of workouts…using weights, doing different types of calisthenics like press ups and pull ups, using tread mills and several other workout methods.

The male members of the Apprentice team were shot in the second season actively engaging in basket ball to show that even you can obtain physical fitness from spots of that nature. Did you see that interesting scene in which Kelly put a whole in the wall while playing?.

The gist here is that, apparently, the first three seasons of Donald Trump's Apprentice gave vent to the importance of exercise for the candidates and the viewers as a means of achieving both physical and mental well being.

You, like everyone else should be active 75% of the day, but for most people this is not possible considering that their jobs make them lead sedentary lifestyles almost devoid of
Physical fitness because they sit long in the offices at meetings and use the car and aircrafts for all movements. The Apprentice, therefore, tried to impress it on you and all of us that no matter how executive and demanding your work may be, you must find time to exercise. That your success or otherwise is directly hinged on how fit you are both physically and mentally.

If you are not physically fit, you mental alertness will definitely dwindle. You can do aerobics of different kinds, like jogging, walking, matching to an audio band in your office, doing water aerobic exercises in the swimming pool. Get a physical fitness manual or an instructor to help you set up a workout program to help you stay fit and alert.
Remember that if you fail to exercise you most probably will add weight and be disposed to the different health problems associated with being overweight such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, et ce tera.
