By: Ian D Wright

Parenthood is the greatest part of a person's life. Parenting is associated with a lot of responsibilities. It includes taking care of the baby, delivering and raising the kid with the most delicate love and care, giving them their basic needs and teaching them to become responsible adults. From this basic list of responsibilities, we may conclude that being a great parent is not that easy.

Terrible parenting choices usually end up to mistakes committed by kids not only inside the family, but also in the school and community. Different examples of teenage suicide are possible. Malnourished kids might also be a caused by lazy parenting.

The rate of kids continuing their primary and higher schooling is falling. Property violence is now involving a few kids. And then, the most problematic, teenage pregnancy as early as the age of 14, and a few of them choose to have an abortion since they don't want to be excommunicated their families if they know about it. Social mistakes committed that may result in bad people.

Who else can we make to take responsibility? Instead of blaming parents out there, it is better to remind them of the basics of good parenting. It may reverse the current things just listed above. Great parenting may also prevent bad things to happen at a later date.

What is the primary aim of good parenting? According to Dr Michael Dana, a youth affairs expert for the Federal Government. states: its aim is to "foster the children in a way that allows them to grow up to be normal, productive and law-abiding adults who have realized their God-given potentials".

It may involve the life of a parent and their relationship with their kids, sharing with them everything that they need for them to realize who they actually are as an adult. The proceeding part deals with many of the things to consider for you to realize that previously discussed aim.
